What will you be doing?
- Assist in handling employee relations matters including disciplinary cases, grievances, and misconduct investigations
- Support documentation and administration of IR cases to ensure proper records and compliance
- Participate in domestic inquiries and provide coordination support
- Support fact-finding, evidence collection, and documentation for disciplinary cases
- Assist in preparing reports, letters, and case summaries
- Follow up on case timelines to ensure timely closure
- Support engagement with trade unions and employee representatives
- Assist in preparation of materials for discussions and negotiations
- Maintain positive working relationships with stakeholders to promote industrial harmony
- Prepare periodic reports on IR cases, trends, and key issues
- Maintain IR databases and ensure accuracy of records
- Ensure proper documentation and filing for all IR-related processes
- Support audits or reviews related to HR compliance
What you bring?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B.) or equivalent
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Basic understanding of labour laws and employment regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and professionalism
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
