Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive role based in Petaling Jaya. The Human Resources Executive will handle day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, preparing HR documentation, and supporting payroll and benefits administration. The role includes managing recruitment activities such as job postings, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires. The Human Resources Executive will support employee relations by addressing inquiries, helping resolve workplace concerns, and promoting a positive, inclusive work environment. The role also involves assisting in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures, as well as supporting training, performance review processes, and compliance with relevant labor regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support the full employee lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience in HR Operations, including documentation, record-keeping, and coordination of HR processes.
- Knowledge of HR Policies and their application in a practical, compliant, and fair manner.
- Experience in Employee Relations, with skills in communication, conflict resolution, and maintaining a respectful workplace.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with local labor laws and HR best practices in Malaysia.
- Proficiency in HR software or HRIS systems and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and interact professionally with individuals at all levels.
- Experience in property management or related industries is an advantage but not mandatory.
