We're Hiring: IT Support Intern (6 Months)

Location: Kelana Jaya | On-site

Duration: 6 Months

Are you a passionate tech enthusiast looking to kickstart your IT career? We're looking for a motivated IT Support Intern to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day IT support and troubleshooting for internal users

• Assist in maintaining and managing systems and databases

• Support development and maintenance of internal tools using JavaScript

• Assist with SQL Server (MSSQL) database queries and reporting

• Document technical issues and resolutions

Requirements:

• Pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or any related field

• Familiar with JavaScript and MSSQL

• Good problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn

• Able to commit to a 6-month internship, on-site

• Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin
