What you'll be doing
Lead and support the retail team to deliver excellent customer service
Assist customers with product selection, answer inquiries, and process sales transactions accurately
Maintain a tidy, organised, and well-stocked retail environment
Monitor inventory, coordinate deliveries, and manage stock replenishment efficiently
Collaborate with the team to implement merchandising and promotional activities
Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer service and store operations
Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Retail Manager or Area Manager

Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
Friendly, customer-oriented, and a team player
Flexible and adaptable to handle changing priorities and demands
