Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues for desktops and laptops
Handle PC assembly, maintenance, and component testing
Support service centre operations, including equipment setup and troubleshooting
Ensure accurate and timely updates in job tracking systems
Assist with ad-hoc tasks as required in a dynamic work environment
Requirements:
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Physically able to lift and handle heavy equipment when required
Willing to work rotational Saturdays
Prior experience or technical knowledge in computer servicing will be an added advantage
Training will be provided – entry-level applicants are welcome to apply
