Job Responsibilities:
Food Preparation Support: Assist the Chef with daily food preparation and kitchen operations as assigned.
Hygiene & Safety Compliance: Adhere to company, client, and government hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety regulations.
Kitchen Cleaning & Sanitation: Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas, including floors, walls, drains, cooking utensils, food processing equipment, and light kitchen equipment.
Equipment Handling & Maintenance: Ensure proper use of cleaning equipment and promptly report faulty equipment to the immediate superior.
Operational Support: Perform additional kitchen and operational duties as assigned by the Chef.
Health and Safety Responsibilities:
Adhere to Compass Singapore HSE systems and procedures
Follow all Emergency Response plans on site
Follow procedures for identifying, assessing and controlling hazards and risks
Adhere to and maintain food handling standards and food safety plan at all times
