Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role based in Singapore. The Administrative Assistant will manage day-to-day office operations, including handling correspondence, scheduling meetings and appointments, and maintaining calendars for team members. The role includes preparing and formatting documents, reports, and presentations, as well as organizing and maintaining physical and electronic filing systems. The Administrative Assistant will answer and direct phone calls, greet visitors, and coordinate meeting logistics such as room bookings and materials. Additional responsibilities may include supporting senior professionals with executive administrative tasks, processing invoices and expenses, and assisting with basic data entry and document tracking.

Qualifications

  • Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Effective Communication and Phone Etiquette skills, with a professional and courteous manner in person, on calls, and in writing.
  • Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Words or Google Workspace) .
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a professional services environment, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred.
