Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role based in Singapore. The Administrative Assistant will manage day-to-day office operations, including handling correspondence, scheduling meetings and appointments, and maintaining calendars for team members. The role includes preparing and formatting documents, reports, and presentations, as well as organizing and maintaining physical and electronic filing systems. The Administrative Assistant will answer and direct phone calls, greet visitors, and coordinate meeting logistics such as room bookings and materials. Additional responsibilities may include supporting senior professionals with executive administrative tasks, processing invoices and expenses, and assisting with basic data entry and document tracking.
