Job Description

Responsibilities

Position Summary:


The Trainer is responsible for planning, developing, and delivering training for Info-Tech’s Human Resource Management System (HRMS) to internal and external users. This role ensures users can effectively utilize HRMS modules such as Attendance, Payroll, Leave, Claims, LMS, TMS, and more.


Main Responsibilities:


1. Training Delivery

  • Conduct HRMS training sessions for new and existing users.
  • Deliver training for different user groups, e.g. HR, managers, employees, and system administrators.
  • Demonstrate HRMS features, workflows, and best practices in a clear and user-friendly way.

2. Training Materials & Documentation

  • Develop and update training materials, including slides, user guides, FAQs, quick reference guides, and training videos.
  • Ensure all training content is aligned with the latest HRMS features and system updates.
  • Customize training materials based on client or company policies and requirements.

3. User Support & Engagement

  • Provide post-training support and clarification to users.
  • Collect feedback from participants to improve future training sessions.
  • Work closely with HR, Implementation, and Support teams to understand user issues and training needs.

4. System Knowledge & Continuous Improvement

  • Maintain a strong understanding of HRMS modules.
  • Keep up to date with new system features, enhancements, and HR best practices.
  • Suggest improvements to training processes, tools, and documentation.

Main Requirements:


1. Education & Experience

  • Preferably Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
  • Preferably 1-3 years of experience in HRMS/SaaS software training, or system implementation.
  • Preferably HRD Accredited Trainer certification.

2. Skills & Competencies

  • Good understanding of HR processes such as payroll, leave, attendance, and claims
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills
  • Able to explain system functions in a simple and easy-to-understand manner
  • Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin
  • Comfortable using technology, web-based systems, and Microsoft Office tools
  • Customer-oriented, patient, and able to work with users from different backgrounds
