The incumbent primary goal is to ensure the retention of profitable customers through providing added value to their customer experience and delivering a comprehensive service to enquiring customers.

• Attend to incoming enquires and prepare quotation.
• Assist Customer Service Manager in carrying out sales and marketing activities.
• Establish close relationship and rapport with decision makers.
• Develop strategies and plans to generate sale orders and new account.
• Compile and document customer’s requirements and draft Contract Agreement as and when required.
• Liaise with Customer Service Manager to review and discuss the proposed contractual requirements.
• Liaise with Logistic Coordinator to arrange for off-site delivery activities.
• Verify and register customer’s complaint if any.
• Preparation of sales contract agreement and/or quotation.
• Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Company from time to time.

Working Day : Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,600.00 per month
