Job Summary

Support accounting and administrative operations by preparing payment vouchers, managing supplies, processing payroll, maintaining employee records, and handling work pass renewals to ensure smooth office and site functions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare payment vouchers for suppliers, contractors, and staff claims to ensure accurate financial transactions
• Monitor stock levels and order stationery, pantry, and office supplies to maintain office operations
• Draft employee contracts and update personal, leave, and medical claim records to maintain accurate HR documentation
• Track employee work pass expiry dates and coordinate applications, renewals, issuances, or cancellations to ensure compliance with regulations
• Process payroll for staff and workers accurately and timely
• Perform general administrative duties to support daily office functions
• Complete other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support team needs

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the construction industry
• Knowledge of Ministry of Manpower (MOM) procedures for different types of work passes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for document preparation and data management
• Familiarity with SAGE Payroll System Advantage for payroll processing
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Capability to manage heavy workloads and meet tight deadlines effectively

Working Hours

• 8am to 6pm (Monday to Friday), 8am to 12 noon (Alternate Saturdays)

Location

• Stationed at Construction Site Office
