Senior/Beauty Advisor (Retail – Beauty & Skincare)
A leading international beauty retailer is looking for passionate individuals to join the team as Senior/Beauty Advisors
Be part of a fast-growing omni-channel beauty brand dedicated to inspiring confidence and helping customers discover their best look If you love beauty, people, and fast-paced retail, this role is for you!
What you’ll do:
Customer Experience & Sales
• Build strong relationships with customers through great service & beauty advice
• Recommend makeup, skincare, fragrance & haircare products based on customer needs
• Achieve sales targets by understanding customers and offering personalised solutions
• Promote loyalty programmes & introduce online shopping platforms
Beauty Services
• Assist customers with product testing & demonstrations
• Provide basic beauty services across different categories
Store Operations
• Keep the store clean, organised & visually appealing
• Ensure products are well-stocked & in good condition
• Support inventory checks to minimise loss
• Handle cashier duties professionally
What we’re looking for:
• Passion for customer service & beauty trends
• Retail or customer-facing experience is a plus
• Good communication & multitasking skills
• Comfortable with retail systems/computers
• Positive attitude & ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work retail shifts, including weekends & public holidays
