Hiring: PMO Analyst (Banking Industry)

We are looking for a PMO Analyst to join a leading financial institution in Bangi

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of PMO experience

• 2–5 years of experience within Financial Institutions (Banking, Insurance, Financial Services) OR relevant IT industry experience

• Experience in project coordination, project governance, reporting, risk & issue tracking, meeting management, and documentation

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Experience supporting multiple projects and coordinating across Business and IT teams

• Candidates who have attended Project Management training are preferred

• CAPM certification is an added advantage but not mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

• Project status reporting and governance support

• Risk, Issue & Change Request tracking

• Project documentation and administration

• Meeting coordination, minutes preparation, and action item follow-up

• Benefits and milestone tracking

• Stakeholder coordination across Business and IT teams

️ Please note: We are specifically looking for PMO profiles. Candidates whose experience is primarily as a Project Manager may not be suitable for this role.
