岗位职责
Position: PMO Analyst
Location: KL, Malaysia
contract: 12+ Months and Extendable
Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned, dedicated PMO Analyst with over 6 years of experience to join our project management office. This is a "Pure PMO" governance, framework, and enablement role rather than a delivery-focused Project Manager position.
The ideal candidate will act as the backbone of our project delivery ecosystem, ensuring strict adherence to project management methodologies, maintaining rigorous tracking, and driving high-impact Stakeholder Management across local and regional leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Pure PMO & Governance
Establish, maintain, and continuously improve project management office (PMO) methodologies, frameworks, templates, and governance standards.
Track, monitor, and report on the overall health, milestones, budgets, risks, and issues of the project portfolio.
Conduct regular project audits and quality assurance reviews to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
Manage portfolio-level resource allocation, capacity planning, and financial forecasting.
2. Stakeholder Management
Act as the central point of communication, bridging the gap between project delivery teams, department heads, and C-suite executives.
Facilitate steering committee meetings, alignment workshops, and regular progress updates for senior stakeholders.
Manage expectations, resolve conflicting priorities, and influence key decision-makers to ensure project alignment with business strategies.
3. Reporting & Analytics
Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive PMO dashboards and monthly performance reports for executive leadership.
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to help stakeholders mitigate risks and optimize project delivery.
Job Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 6+ years of dedicated PMO experience (Portfolio, Program, or Project Management Office) in a structured corporate environment.
Core Focus: Proven track record in a "Pure PMO" role focusing on governance, assurance, tracking, and reporting (candidates who have only done direct project delivery/software development management will not be considered).
Stakeholder Management: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated experience managing, influencing, and presenting to C-level stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Tools: Proficiency in PMO tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Power BI, SharePoint, or Excel (Advanced).
Certifications (Advantageous): PMP, PRINCE2, PMO-CP (PMO Certified Practitioner), or Agile/Scrum certifications are highly preferred.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, Project Management, or a related field.
