About the Role:

We are looking for a hands-on Business Development Manager (GenAI Solutions) to drive the growth of our AI and Generative AI offerings across enterprise and government clients in Malaysia. This is an individual contributor role responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and building strong relationships with key decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive new business acquisition across enterprise and public sector accounts.
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing.
• Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders.
• Identify customer challenges and position GenAI and AI-driven solutions to address business needs.
• Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to develop proposals and solution presentations.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of B2B or B2G enterprise technology sales experience.
• Proven track record in selling AI, Data & Analytics, or Intelligent solutions.
• Experience engaging with both government and private sector clients is highly preferred.
• Strong business development and consultative selling skills with a hunter mindset.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working in a fast-paced growth environment.
