Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute end-to-end talent acquisition activities that includes sourcing, talent attraction, interviewing and offering process for assigned portfolios.
• Familiar with various recruitment channels including job portals, social media, LinkedIn, colleges, and keep abreast of latest recruitment methodology.
• Perform sourcing to engage and attract the talents to fill open positions.
• Partner with diverse levels of hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and advise on the best hiring approach.
• Conduct thorough interviews and phone screens to assess professional skills and culture fit.
• Build a positive candidate experience at every juncture of the hiring process.
• Contribute towards organization’s employer branding and university engagement initiatives.
• Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers, or other events.
• Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement.
• Plan and execute any ad-hoc human resources or talent acquisition projects as and when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• At least 3–5 years of hands-on sourcing and recruitment experience, preferably within the retail, fashion or lifestyle sectors.
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding.
• Proficient in the use of social media and job boards (e.g., LinkedIn, Seek, job boards).
• Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentational communication skills will be a plus.
• Able to work independently as part of a small team and able to deal with ambiguity.
• Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
