We are hiring energetic, self-motivated, passionate, hardworking and resourceful Chef / Chef De Partie. You must have experience in western-style cooking and have worked in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Ensure all dishes are prepared in accordance with standard recipes and SOPs, maintaining consistent quality
Follow instructions and directions from the Head Chef to uphold kitchen standards
Assist in overseeing daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth service
Ensure proper labeling of food items, correct stock rotation (FIFO), and maintain stock levels
Maintain high standards of hygiene and comply with safety regulations set by SFA
Keep kitchen area, equipment, and utensils clean and sanitized at all times
Support cost control by minimizing food wastage
Be flexible to carry out other culinary duties as assigned by the Head Chef
Requirements:
Passion for culinary and F&B service
Attained Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
Chef: At least 1–3 years of relevant experience
Experience in western or grill-style cooking preferred
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Good teamwork and communication skills
Willing to learn and take direction
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
