About the role

We’re hiring a Production Executive to keep our production running smoothly! You’ll be involved in daily operations, coordinate with different teams, solve production issues, and ensure production targets are achieved. Mandarin communication is required to liaise with China-based management. Training will be provided, and fresh grads are welcome to join and grow with us!

Salary range: RM 5,000 – RM 7,000 per month

Location: Port Klang, Selangor.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the daily production activities, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards. 
• Coordinate resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to optimize production efficiency.
• Lead and supervise production teams, providing guidance, training, evaluations and support to ensure productivity and adherence to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, implement cost-effective solutions, and streamline production processes to enhance efficiency. 
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safe working environment and implementing safety measures.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial /Electrical /Mechanical /Mechatronics /Chemical) or equivalent (fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply!).
• Must be proficient in spoken and written Mandarin due to the need to report and communicate effectively with China-based management.
• Friendly, confident, and comfortable communicating with people.
• Responsible, honest, and able to perform under pressure.
• Positive attitude and strong willingness to learn.
• Enjoys teamwork and being part of a fun, supportive environment.
• Flexibility and willingness to work in a rotating shift schedule, as per the operational requirements.

Working Hours

Mon – Fri: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM / 08:00 PM – 05:00 AM

Alternate Saturday: 08:00 AM – 02:00 PM / 08:00 PM – 02:00 AM

• (Night shift required only when needed.)
