About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team.

This internship is ideal for someone who is interested in recruitment, employer branding and social media hiring strategies.

You will gain hands-on exposure in talent sourcing, campus hiring and recruitment operations while working closely with the HR team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various recruitment channels
• Support Talent Acquisition Manager in recruitment activities including interview coordination and candidate follow-up
• Proactively explore new channels to attract talents such as LinkedIn, JobStreet, Xiao Hong Shu and other social platforms
• Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns
• Support career fairs, campus engagement activities and hiring events
• Prepare recruitment-related reports and maintain candidate databases
• Handle candidate information with professionalism and confidentiality
• Support onboarding and other HR administrative tasks when needed
• Involve in Campus Career Fair for recruitment and employer branding

What We’re Looking For:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or related field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and strong in follow-up
• Responsible in handling personal and confidential data
• Proactive mindset and willing to learn
• Interested in recruitment, employer branding and social media hiring
• Familiar with platforms such as LinkedIn, JobStreet, Xiao Hong Shu and other social media platforms is an added advantage
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• RM1,000 - RM1,200
