about the job:
In this role, you will handle the orchestration, security, and maintenance of the organization’s enterprise communication networks and hybrid infrastructure platforms. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing hybrid messaging environments, handling mail routing architecture, transport rules, and directory services.
• Managing virtualized environments across public cloud platforms (such as Azure or AWS) alongside modern Windows Server setups.
• Hardening systems, executing disaster recovery plans, and overseeing data retention, electronic discovery, and advanced threat protection protocols.
• Utilizing scripting languages to automate routine administrative tasks, driving system upgrades, and managing routine lifecycle patching.

skills and experience required:
To be successful in this position, you should bring a deep technical background in enterprise systems management and a proven track record of handling complex, large-scale migrations.

• Proficiency in Exchange Administration (both on-premises and cloud-based deployments) paired with hands-on administration experience in Azure or AWS environments.
• Background managing Active Directory, Group Policies (GPO), DNS/DHCP, and utilizing PowerShell for script automation.
• Experience in infrastructure engineering and enterprise messaging roles.
• Valued Certifications (Any of the following are highly advantageous): Microsoft 365 Messaging / Exchange Server certifications (e.g., MS-203, MCSE, MCSA), Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) or Azure Solutions Architect (AZ-305), Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate
