About the role
The Pharmacy Assistant (TCM) will support the operations of the NCCS Integrative Oncology TCM clinic by assisting TCM physicians in patient care and treatment procedures. The role also involves communicating with patients, supporting community outreach seminars, and ensuring smooth clinic operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist physicians in preparing clinical equipment;
- Assist with medication preparation and dispensing;
- Inquire about and monitor patients' conditions during treatment;
- Assist physicians in executing indirect treatments, including acupuncture needles removal, cupping, and the use of electroacupuncture devices and TDP infrared lamps;
- Assist physicians in conducting community seminars;
- Communicate with patients regarding indirect treatments.
Job Requirements
- Minimum ‘O’ Level education
- Professional certificate issued by Singapore College of TCM is a mandatory requirement
- Displays strong communication skills and able to speak in your Mother Tounge Language is preferred
- Good team player and self-motivated
