Job Summary

We are seeking a hands-on Project & Site Supervisor (Commercial Interior Fit-out) to manage office renovation projects in Singapore CBD, ensuring timely delivery, quality workmanship, and effective coordination with contractors and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily renovation and fit-out activities on-site to ensure adherence to project plans and timelines
  • Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to facilitate smooth project execution
  • Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to meet scheduled deadlines
  • Attend site meetings and deliver clear project updates to stakeholders
  • Inspect workmanship and materials to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Identify defects during project execution and coordinate timely rectification
  • Conduct inspections to confirm project readiness for handover
  • Track and manage project schedules to maintain timely delivery
  • Enforce workplace safety and site compliance requirements consistently
  • Liaise with building management, contractors, and relevant stakeholders to resolve project issues
  • Support cost control by monitoring project variations and coordinating quotations
  • Oversee vendor execution to ensure projects are delivered within approved timelines and standards

Required competencies and certifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Building, Construction, Interior Design, Facilities Management, Project Management, or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial renovation, office fit-out, interior construction, or project/site supervision
  • Proven experience managing contractors and coordinating on-site activities
  • Strong problem-solving skills applied to project coordination and issue resolution
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple stakeholders

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Familiarity with office renovation or commercial fit-out projects
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin to facilitate coordination with regional stakeholders
