Sassy Mama Singapore is on the lookout for a talented and highly-motivated ContentCreator who is passionate about producing engaging short-form social media content. Role Overview:

This role is focused on creating short-form social media content for client and editorial campaigns. You will manage campaigns end-to-end — from ideation, shooting and editing to posting and performance review. You will work closely with the social media manager and the editorial team whilst also demonstrating the ability to operate independently on day-to-day content projects: proactively pitching ideas, managing your own timelines and taking ownership of your creative output., You will also contribute to Sassy Mama’s creative strategy, ensuring content aligns with Sassy Mama’s brand voice while performing well on social platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage short-form social media campaigns end-to-end from pre-production to post-production in coordination with the social media manager.

• Pitch and develop creative concept ideas for Reels, TikToks, Shorts and other snackable content in line with current trends, data driven insights and best practices

• Shoot & edit social media videos to ensure high-quality, polished, and engaging content, aligned with brand guidelines

• Ensure all video and photo content meets project briefs , deadlines, and Sassy Mama standards.

• Translate client briefs into visually engaging content that aligns with our brand and resonates with our audience.

• Plan and execute photoshoots for both client and editorial projects or events.

• Manage key stakeholders: liaise with studios, external talents and interview subjects as necessary.

• Timely posting: Assist with ad hoc timely social media postings.

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum2 years of experience in videography and photography, with a diverse portfolio of editorial and commercial projects. Experience in media companies and social media experience is a plus.

• Proven track record of working independently, managing your own projects prioritising tasks and delivering projects to deadline.

• Strong creative ideation, storytelling, and concept development for short-form content.

• Proficiency in social media video editing tools (Adobe Premiere, CapCut, VN, etc.) —advanced post-production skills like After Effects or color grading are a plus, but not required.

• Comfortable shooting and editing using mobile-friendly setups; DSLR or professional equipment experience is preferred but not required.

• Excellent time management skills, with experience collaborating across teams and managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.

• Independent achiever who works well within a team environment.

• Exceptional attention to detail with excellent communication and organisational skills.

• Highly self-motivated with a strong desire for growth and learning.

• Flexible and adaptable in your working style, with strong problem-solving skills to tackle challenges.

• Proactive in keeping up with social media trends and video techniques.

Expectations:

• Adapt production to available resources — mobile/social-friendly equipment, in-house tools, or optional rental gear.

• Understand and respond appropriately to client feedback on scripts or drafts (project managers handle direct client communications).

• Produce content that is engaging and potentially viral, without requiring over-the-top cinematography.

• Maintain a consistent tone and quality across campaigns to ensure the overall look and feel of Sassy Mama’s content remains cohesive.
