We currently manage centres in Hougang, Sengkang, Punggol, Ang Mo Kio, Tampines, Pasir Ris, Bukit Panjang, Tanjong Katong and Jurong West.

We are looking for a Finance Executive to join our team. If you think you are:

• good with administrative duties and following policies
• able to handle and prioritise work
• familiar with Finance processes and functions
• a person of high integrity

Job Description:

• Process and maintain access rights for employees for email and shared documents
• Complete payslip rectification, generation and payroll submission to bank
• Verify and prepare expense payments/reimbursements on multiple systems
• Prepare monthly GIRO Collections
• Able to perform basic bookkeeping to maintain account books, and record revenue and expenditure
• Track and record incoming revenue, and issue receipts and Letters of Demand or Letters of Termination
• Able to understand Google scripting will be an advantage
