Job Description

• Website Maintenance & Content Management: Manage, update, and optimize the organization's website to ensure all articles, media, and event announcements are engaging, current, and user-friendly.

• Technical Liaison: Partner with IT and web developers to execute major system updates, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement security enhancements.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure absolute alignment with website accessibility standards, research administration policies, and institutional guidelines.
• Grant Program Administration: Act as the primary administrative liaison for the NUS Seed Grant Program by tracking project milestones and coordinating progress reports between Principal Investigators (PIs) and funding bodies.
• Directorate Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to Advanced Robotics Centre (ARC) Area Directors across the Research Environment, Exhibitions, Robotic Platform, Digital Facilities, Industry Liaison, and Competitions portfolios.
• Event Management: Organize, market, and execute the high-profile NUS Robotics Seminar Series to maximize community engagement.
• Emergency Leadership: Serve as the designated ARC Fire Warden, taking full responsibility for safety protocols and emergency evacuations.
• Facilities & Space Management: Oversee daily housekeeping, optimize research space allocation, and manage the ARC seating layout.

• Degree holder in any discipline with 1 year of work experience.
