Location: Pioneer
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30AM – 5:30PM
Salary: $3000 - $3500 (depends on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full spectrum of accounts receivable functions
• Prepare and issue invoices, debit notes, and credit notes accurately and on time
• Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding payments
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve billing discrepancies
• Process incoming payments and update accounting records promptly
• Prepare AR ageing reports and support monthly closing activities

Requirements

• Diploma / LCCI / ACCA (partial) / equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Prior experience in accounts receivable / finance operations preferred
• Familiarity with accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
