Interior Design & Build company seeking for suitable candidate with minimum 2 to 5 years experience in project management and coordination works.
Roles & Responsibities
- Review drawings to ensure compliance with client and authority requirements.
- Coordinate project Processes from initiating, planning, executing, monitoring & controlling, to final closing.
- Coordinate full Scope of commercial interior design & construction projects, including architectural, M&E, and submission works.
- Coordinate project Schedule to ensure Project are delivered on time.
- Coordinate Cost and budget, including reviewing contractor contracts, and controlling expenses.
- Maintain Quality, including conducting factory checks, job site housekeeping, and adhering to safety standards.
- Coordinate Resource utilization, including manpower and materials management.
- Identify Project Risks and prepare mitigation measures.
- Prepare and complete documentation as required by relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate defect servicing and maintenance works.
- Any other tasks as may be required.
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
- Experience in commercial interiors project coordination.
- Well versed in technical processes in Architectural and M&E scope of works.
- Resourceful with good knowledge in materials and pricing.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced challenging environment.
- Excellent problem analyzing and solving skills.
- A team player with strong individual drive, sense of responsibility and task ownership.
- Demonstrates good interpersonal qualities.
- Experience working with all levels of Clients, Contractors, Authorities, Agents and Landlords etc.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
