Key Responsibilities

• Project Oversight: Plan, schedule, and supervise daily M&E activities to ensure timely and budget-friendly project delivery.
• Drawing & Plan Review: Interpret and evaluate mechanical/electrical blueprints, Construction Shop Drawings (CSD), and as-built drawings.
• Quality & Safety: Monitor fabrication standards, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with site safety regulations.
• Team Leadership: Assign tasks to tradespeople, guide trainees, and coordinate with subcontractors.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Attend daily site meetings and manage M&E coordination plans with architects and structural teams

Experience: 5+ years of hands-on M&E supervision, preferably in building construction or industrial facilities.

Skills: Proficiency in MS Project (or similar scheduling software), AutoCAD, and risk management.
