Job Description :

Key Responsibilities -

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable web applications using React.js.

• Define frontend architecture, coding standards, and best practices.

• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot technical issues, and drive technical decisions.

• Mentor developers and provide technical leadership to the team.

• Collaborate with Product, UX/UI, QA, and Backend teams to deliver business solutions.

Requirements -

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.

• 6–8 years of frontend development experience, including 2–3 years in a Technical Lead role.

• Strong expertise in React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and responsive web development.

• Experience with Next.js, Redux, REST APIs, GraphQL, CI/CD, Git, and Docker.

• Experience delivering enterprise-scale applications in Agile environments.

• Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications -

• Experience with micro-frontend architecture and/or React Native.

• Prior experience in fintech, banking, insurance, government, or other enterprise environments.

• Knowledge of application security and OWASP best practices.

• Relevant certifications in frontend development or cloud technologies.
