About Us
ZRooom is a growing co-living operator in Singapore, providing fully furnished accommodation for working professionals and international students across multiple residential properties.
We are looking for a friendly, proactive and results-driven Co-Living Leasing Executive to help prospective tenants find suitable accommodation while supporting the growth of our direct tenant acquisition channels.
This role combines social media engagement, lead generation, property viewings and leasing. You will play a direct role in helping prospective tenants find their next home while contributing to the growth of the company.
Key ResponsibilitiesTenant Advisory & Leasing
- Understand prospective tenants' housing requirements and recommend suitable rooms
- Respond promptly to enquiries via WhatsApp, social media and other company channels
- Arrange and conduct physical or virtual property viewings
- Guide prospective tenants through the booking process
- Assist prospective tenants in selecting suitable accommodation based on their needs and preferences
- Coordinate booking confirmations and move-in arrangements
- Build positive relationships with prospective tenants
Social Media & Lead Generation
- Create and publish content on Xiaohongshu (XHS), Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
- Produce property walkthrough videos, room showcases and lifestyle content
- Engage with prospective tenants through social media platforms
- Generate rental enquiries through digital channels
- Maintain and grow ZRooom's direct tenant acquisition channels
- Track enquiry sources and lead performance
Business Development
- Follow up consistently with prospective tenants
- Maintain an active pipeline of enquiries and viewings
- Gather feedback from prospective tenants and identify opportunities for improvement
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives
- Contribute ideas to strengthen ZRooom's brand presence and direct booking channels
Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, viewings and bookings
- Submit weekly activity reports
- Track personal performance and occupancy contribution
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Communications or related disciplines
- Experience in sales, leasing, hospitality, customer service, co-living or property management preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident in engaging prospective tenants and conducting property viewings
- Familiarity with Xiaohongshu (XHS), Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
- Comfortable appearing in videos and creating social media content
- Self-motivated, proactive and results-oriented
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic photography, videography and video editing skills will be an advantage
Salary & Benefits
- Basic Salary: S$3,000 – S$4,000

Working Hours
Monday – Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
Property viewings may be required on Saturdays, after office hours or on public holidays when necessary.
Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
