Job Description:

We seek an experienced Project Director with more than 10 years of Program Management Office (PMO) experience to lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment. This role combines strategic and tactical leadership to drive organizational project delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as PMO Lead to standardize and implement project management policies, processes, and methodologies across multiple projects and product portfolios
• Direct project initiatives requiring urgent intervention, including project initiation, continuity, and recovery efforts
• Provide executive-level decision support and analytical insights to enable stakeholders and senior leadership to make informed strategic decisions
• Establish and maintain project delivery mechanisms that ensure controlled, coordinated management of organizational business change initiatives
• Lead and mentor cross-functional project teams to achieve standardization and operational efficiency across the PMO function
• Monitor project performance against established governance frameworks and escalate risks and issues appropriately

The ideal candidate should have:

• 10+ years of Program Management Office (PMO) or project management experience
• Proven track record in program and project execution within matrixed environments
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing project management standards, processes, and methodologies
• Strong ability to manage resources across multiple projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Experience monitoring project performance, tracking benefits, and managing dependencies across portfolios
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strategic and analytical capability to identify opportunities and provide informed recommendations to senior leadership
• Experience transitioning from reactive to proactive project management approaches
• Background in implementing centralized project governance and corporate strategy alignment
• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
