Job Description & Requirements

Main Duties:

• Manage general operations of F&B outlet according to company policies
• Ensure consistently high standards of hygiene and cleanliness and food safety
• Welcoming and serving guests
• Maintain and ensure customer satisfaction
• Handle complains with care
• Handle any disciplinary issue
• Responsible for staff progression and annual review
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the management.

Requirements:

• Possess strong leadership
• Willing to work on shift and weekends
• Minimum 2 years F&B operations experience
