Job Overview
We are looking for an AI Designer / Generative Image Maker to join the studio and help develop AI workflows as well as assist in high-end visualization work using emerging image and motion workflows. Applicant should have a strong visual eye, a deep curiosity for emerging AI tools and workflows, and the ability to move fluidly between concept exploration, generation, iteration, and refinement. You will work closely with our other in-house designers to deliver cohesive, high-impact visual narratives for ambitious, forward-thinking clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-end visual work using emerging AI image and motion generation workflows, from initial concept through to final delivery.
• Craft precise and effective prompts that yield consistent, on-brand, high-fidelity results across varied projects and deliverables.
• Conceptualise and visualise objects, products, and environments from scratch — translating abstract ideas into fully realised generative visual concepts.
• Explore and push hybrid AI and motion workflows to elevate the quality and ambition of visual outputs.
• Integrate motion design thinking into generative image workflows, producing assets that are conceived and crafted with animation and movement in mind.
• Post-process and composite AI-generated imagery using professional editing software to achieve polished, production-ready results.
• Collaborate closely with creative directors, designers, and strategists to translate briefs into compelling generative visual concepts.
• Proactively explore emerging tools and workflows, and introduce relevant advancements to the studio.
• Build and maintain internal prompt libraries, visual style guides, and generative workflow documentation.

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong generative visual creation capabilities, including the ability to ideate, construct, and refine high-end imagery entirely within AI-driven workflows.
• Strong object conceptualisation skills — able to visualise and articulate products, materials, forms, and environments with clarity and creative precision before and during the generation process.
• Motion design integration — experience developing generative visuals with motion in mind, and the ability to extend still image work into AI-driven video and animation workflows.
• Strong hands-on experience with current AI image generation platforms, across workflows optimised for editorial aesthetics, photorealistic visuals, typographic accuracy, and brand-consistent image creation.
• Strong hands-on experience with AI motion and video generation workflows — including image-to-video, cinematic transitions, and short-form content production.
• Strong visual taste and understanding of composition, lighting, materiality, and image construction.
• Advanced prompt engineering skills — including model-specific approaches, iteration strategies, and context optimisation for consistent, high-quality outputs.
• Proficiency in professional image editing software for compositing, retouching, and post-production refinement of AI-generated assets.
• Ability to move fluidly between concept exploration, generation, iteration, and refinement without losing quality or creative intent.
• Strong sense of aesthetics and visual codes across branding, lifestyle, consumer technology, and contemporary visual culture.
• Comfortable exploring multiple visual directions rapidly under creative direction and within tight studio timelines.
• Self-motivated with a genuine drive to explore and adopt emerging tools and workflows independently.
• Collaborative and communicative — essential in a close-knit, fast-moving studio environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in related creative field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating AI-assisted image and motion work across varied styles, formats, and use cases — include process and workflow documentation, not just final outputs.
• 1–2 years of relevant working experience
• Proficient in speaking and writing in English.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus (for liaising with our Mandarin-speaking clients).
• Designer already based in Singapore preferred
