Job Summary

Support the Project Manager to coordinate design development, manage authority submissions, and ensure timely approvals for infrastructure construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multi-disciplinary design works and manage interfaces to ensure seamless project integration
• Manage submissions and approvals with authorities and agencies to secure necessary clearances
• Liaise with consultants and design teams to monitor and deliver design outputs on schedule
• Track design progress and proactively resolve design issues to maintain project timelines
• Organize coordination meetings and maintain accurate records of submissions and approvals
• Ensure all required approvals are obtained to align with the construction schedule and project milestones

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree or Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field with relevant infrastructure or construction project experience
• Knowledge of authority and agency clearance processes to facilitate timely approvals
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office to support design coordination and documentation

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience working on LTA or major infrastructure projects
• Familiarity with BIM software to enhance design coordination and visualization
