Responsibilities
Role:
We are looking for a potential candidate to lead our F&B business. You are required to deliver quality menu and motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
· Lead and motivate a team of front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding customer service
· Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
· Regularly review product quality and research new vendors
· Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
· Analyze sales data and member feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
· Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations
· Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it
· Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
· Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
Qualifications:
· Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager
· Strong hospitality and leadership skills, coupled with in-depth wine knowledge and passion for customer satisfaction.
· Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
· Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and efficiency.
· Able and willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
· Ability to speak Korean language would be an advantage
