We currently manage centres in Hougang, Sengkang, Punggol, Ang Mo Kio, Tampines, Pasir Ris, Bukit Panjang, Tanjong Katong and Jurong West.

We are looking for a Finance Executive to join our team. If you think you are:

good with administrative duties and following policies
able to handle and prioritise work
familiar with Finance processes and functions
a person of high integrity

Job Description:

Process and maintain access rights for employees for email and shared documents
Complete payslip rectification, generation and payroll submission to bank
Verify and prepare expense payments/reimbursements on multiple systems
Prepare monthly GIRO Collections
Able to perform basic bookkeeping to maintain account books, and record revenue and expenditure
Track and record incoming revenue, and issue receipts and Letters of Demand or Letters of Termination
Able to understand Google scripting will be an advantage
