We are looking for an ACLP-Certified AI Trainer to design and deliver practical AI training programmes for adult learners, working professionals, and corporate clients.

The trainer will conduct workshops on topics such as AI tools, prompt engineering, workplace productivity using AI, responsible AI use, and digital transformation. The role requires strong facilitation skills, confidence in handling adult learners, and the ability to translate AI concepts into simple, practical workplace applications.

Responsibilities include:

• Design and deliver AI-related training programmes for adult learners
• Facilitate classroom, online, and blended learning sessions
• Teach learners how to use AI tools effectively and responsibly
• Develop lesson plans, slides, activities, case studies, and assessments
• Customise training materials based on client and learner needs
• Conduct learner engagement activities, discussions, and hands-on practice
• Provide feedback, coaching, and support to learners
• Evaluate training effectiveness and improve course materials
• Ensure training delivery follows adult learning principles and ACLP standards

Requirements:

• Must be ACLP-certified or ACTA-certified
• Experience in corporate training, adult education, or facilitation
• Strong understanding of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Canva AI, or similar platforms
• Able to explain AI concepts in a clear and practical manner
• Good presentation, communication, and classroom management skills
• Able to design learner-centred activities and assessments
• Comfortable delivering training both face-to-face and online
• Prior experience in AI training, digital skills training, or workplace productivity training will be an advantage
• WSQ training experience will be an added advantage
