Responsibilities
• Oversee and support daily operations across multiple outlets, ensuring seamless and consistently elevated service standards
• Maintain an active floor presence, stepping into service where needed to uphold operational excellence
• Champion a refined service culture and ensure memorable guest experiences, including VIP occasions and private events
• Conduct regular operational walk-throughs to ensure adherence to SOPs, presentation standards, cleanliness, and service flow
• Plan and optimise staffing rosters to ensure thoughtful manpower allocation and operational efficiency
• Guide, coach, and develop Restaurant Managers and supervisory teams to uphold high performance standards
• Lead structured briefings, training sessions, and shift handovers to reinforce service excellence
• Oversee guest experience touchpoints, including service recovery and engagement with regular and VIP guests
• Monitor reservations and ensure smooth coordination during peak service periods
• Review inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to support uninterrupted operations
• Analyse daily operational reports and provide meaningful insights to senior management
• Support special projects, curated events, and cross-outlet initiatives as required
