KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor and review CCTV footage and surveillance records to detect unusual, suspicious, or non-compliant activities
Conduct surveillance reviews in support of internal audits, investigations, incident reviews, and compliance checks
Identify potential operational risks, policy violations, fraud indicators, or control gaps, and escalate findings appropriately
Prepare surveillance reports, audit observations, incident summaries, and supporting documentation for management review
Maintain accurate records of surveillance activities, findings, and evidence in accordance with internal policies and confidentiality requirements
Support root cause analysis and recommend improvements to strengthen internal controls and operational processes
Ensure surveillance activities are performed in compliance with company policies, data privacy requirements, and applicable regulations
Assist in periodic audits, ad-hoc investigations, and special assignments as assigned
Monitor adherence to operational SOPs, safety procedures, and internal governance standards where applicable
REQUIREMENTS
Diploma with 1 to 2 years of experience in surveillance monitoring, audit support, compliance, investigations, or operational controls
Experience in retail, hospitality, gaming, or operations-based environment is an advantage
Familiarity with CCTV systems, surveillance software, and evidence handling procedures
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Ability to identify irregular patterns, investigate incidents, and document findings clearly
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
