Job Description

Responsibilities

About the Company

We are a growing international technology company establishing and expanding our Singapore operations. We are looking for a hands-on HR & Admin Executive to support the day-to-day HR and office administration functions of our Singapore office while working closely with our regional and headquarters teams.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources

  • Support full employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding and offboarding
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling and candidate communication
  • Assist with Employment Pass applications, renewals and other MOM-related matters
  • Maintain employee records, HR documentation and personnel files
  • Support payroll preparation, leave administration and HR reporting
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, team bonding events and company functions
  • Ensure HR processes comply with Singapore employment regulations and company policies

Administration & Office Operations

  • Manage daily office administration and ensure smooth office operations
  • Coordinate office supplies, equipment procurement and vendor management
  • Liaise with building management, contractors and service providers
  • Support office setup, maintenance and workspace planning
  • Assist in organizing office events, staff welfare initiatives and internal communications
  • Provide administrative support to management and business teams as required

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • 2-5 years of HR and/or office administration experience
  • Familiar with Singapore employment practices, MOM regulations and Work Pass administration
  • Experience supporting onboarding, payroll coordination and office administration
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin to support communication with headquarters and regional stakeholders
  • Positive attitude, strong sense of ownership and willing to be hands-on
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in technology, internet, gaming, startup or fast-growing companies
  • Experience supporting office setup, office relocation or workplace projects
  • Experience organizing employee engagement activities and company events
