* Perform daily repair, emergency maintenance, predictive and preventive maintenance works

* Troubleshoot and repair Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC and Critical Facilities Equipment

* Conduct site inspections, record equipment readings and monitor computer equipment room operations

* Complete maintenance and repair reports and records

* Review work orders and arrange required materials for maintenance works

* Respond quickly to emergency situations and incidents

* Operate and inspect emergency power generation and reliability systems

* Support incident management and carry out duties assigned by Supervisor / Owner

* Rotating shift work (including night shift) is required

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month

Education:

• Local Polytechnic Diploma (Required)

Experience:

• Facilities / Building Management: 2 years (Preferred)
• large M&E systems: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Scissor Lift License (Preferred)
• Work at Height Worker License (Preferred)
• Electrical Technician License (Preferred)
• Boom Lift License (Preferred)
