Key Responsibilities
Finance & Accounting
- Manage day-to-day Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) activities.
- Handle student collections, corporate billing, invoicing, receipt issuance, and account reconciliations.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely financial reporting.
- Prepare credit notes and maintain accurate, up-to-date financial records.
SkillsFuture & Grant Administration
- Coordinate and submit applications through the Training Partners Gateway (TPG) platform.
- Process SkillsFuture funding claims while ensuring compliance with funding requirements and documentation standards.
- Maintain accurate trainee records, attendance data, and supporting claim documentation.
- Monitor claim submissions and provide support during audits, compliance checks, and documentation reviews.
Reporting & Cross-Functional Support
- Assist in preparing management reports and monitoring cash flow performance.
- Verify and reconcile information across LMS, CRM, and accounting platforms to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support finance-related, billing, and invoicing matters.
Process Improvement
- Review existing financial processes and recommend enhancements to workflows, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Participate in initiatives focused on process optimisation, automation, and operational efficiency improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Prior experience with TPG applications and SkillsFuture grant claims is strongly preferred.
- Sound understanding of invoicing, billing processes, and account reconciliation practices.
- Proficient in accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, or similar systems.
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Experience within the education, training, or SkillsFuture-funded environment will be advantageous.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
