About the Role
As a Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the employee journey for our Institutional Banking Group (IBG) colleagues. Reporting directly to the Team Head, Business Management Support, Corporate Banking, you will be instrumental in supporting administrative functions, driving impactful communications, and executing a wide range of employee initiatives. This role is perfect for an independent individual with a passion for project management, excellent communication skills, and a knack for creative content curation.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management & Initiative Support: Lead and manage various employee experience projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes. This includes coordinating resources, tracking progress, and communicating updates to stakeholders.
- Communication & Content Creation: Develop and execute engaging communication strategies for internal audiences. This involves designing compelling visuals, curating impactful content for employee narratives, and managing various communication channels to ensure messages resonate effectively.
- Event Management: Plan, organize, and execute a diverse portfolio of internal staff events, from town halls to team-building activities, ensuring seamless operations and memorable experiences for our employees.
- Administrative & Operational Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to IBG, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and efficient workflow.
- My Voice & Workforce Transformation: Actively contribute to our "My Voice" initiatives for IBG, gathering feedback and driving actionable insights to improve employee engagement. You will also support our broader workforce transformation agenda, particularly in leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) to optimize processes and enhance employee capabilities.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate effectively with various internal stakeholders across IBG and other departments to ensure alignment and successful execution of employee experience programs.

- Proven experience in project management, ideally within an employee experience, HR, or corporate communications function.
- Strong background in communication work, including content creation, design, and internal communications strategy.
- Demonstrated experience in planning and executing events of varying scales.
