Job Description:

• Create realistic 3D perspectives/renders to visualize the final retail space.
• Produce high‑quality visualizations, walkthroughs, and presentations to communicate design intent to clients.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project managers to ensure design feasibility and accuracy.
• Convert 2D drawings and floor plans into realistic 3D perspectives.
• Select and apply materials, lighting, and textures to enhance realism in renderings.
• Stay updated on industry trends, software advancements, and visualization techniques.
• Support the design team with technical drawings and documentation when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in 3D software (e.g., SketchUp, AutoCAD, Vray).
• Excellent eye for detail, color, and spatial composition.
• Ability to produce photorealistic renderings and immersive presentations.
• Strong knowledge of retail space planning, fixture design, and material application.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple retail projects under tight timelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
