Responsibilities:

• Provide full administrative and operational support to Business Development team
• Liaise with car dealers and hirers on all car financing matters
• Evaluate and process loan applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness prior to approval
• Manage loan disbursement and ensure all approval conditions are met
• Handle customer and dealer enquiries on loan status, financing options, and post-approval matters
• Support credit management activities related to car financing
Assist with COE renewal, insurance enquiries, and other ad-hoc duties

Prerequisites:

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline
• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in auto financing, loan processing, or credit evaluation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented, with good organisational and multitasking abilities
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
