We are seeking a highly skilled AWS Cloud Ops Engineer to design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AWS services, infrastructure automation, monitoring, security, and incident management. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the reliability, performance, and resilience of our cloud environments while supporting continuous improvement and operational excellence.

• Infrastructure & Automation: Build and manage scalable AWS environments using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
• Monitoring & Observability: Track system health and application performance using tools like Amazon CloudWatch, Datadog, or OpenTelemetry.
• Security & Compliance: Govern IAM roles, enforce security groups, and manage vulnerability patching across AWS workloads.
• Cost Optimization: Implement cost-saving measures by identifying idle resources and right-sizing environments via AWS Cost Explorer.
• Incident Management: Provide L2/L3 technical support, lead major incident troubleshooting, and conduct post-mortems.
• Business Continuity: Maintain disaster recovery (DR) plans, backup solutions, and automated failover strategies.

• Core AWS Services: Deep knowledge of EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, and AWS Organizations/Control Tower.
• Scripting Languages: Proficiency in Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
• CI/CD & DevOps: Experience with deployment pipelines and container orchestration tools like Docker and Amazon EKS.
• Frameworks: Familiarity with ITIL processes and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices.
