About Us:

We are a fast growing cleaning services startup in Singapore. We are building a lean operations team to support customer growth and recruitment of cleaning professionals. There is no fixed office location at the moment, but regular in person working sessions will be arranged for training, coordination and planning.

Job Responsibilities:

• Recruit and coordinate freelance or part-time cleaning professionals to support the company’s growing operational need and ensure service reliability.
• Brainstorm, test and execute innovative growth and marketing ideas aimed at increasing customer acquisition and overall business growth.
• Assist in managing and growing the company’s social media platforms through consistent posting, content creation, audience engagement and trend research.
• Identify, approach and communicate with potential customers through various online and offline channels.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify customer trends, business opportunities and strategies that help the startup grow more effectively.
• Support outreach efforts by building relationships with potential business partners, collaborators and communities that align with company’s goals.
• Work closely with the Founder on daily business development activities, contribute fresh ideas, and gain hands-on experience in building a startup from an early stage.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time to support business and operational needs.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin
• Strong communication, leadership and analytical skills.
• Self-driven, proactive and adaptable individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Familiarity with social media platforms such as Tiktok & Instagram, with experience in content creation or account growth is a plus.
• Prior experience in business development, outreach, marketing or basic design/editing tools such as Canva & Capcut is preferred but not required.

Working Hours:

3 days per week

Wednesday & Friday: 7pm - 10pm

Saturday: 8am -12pm

Note:

Any 2 weekdays is fine.

In person working sessions will be held in the North area.

Pay: $10.00 per hour
