Overview

We are seeking a driven, client-centric Executive Wealth Consultant to join our growing advisory team.
Position available under two tracks:

  • Salaried Advisory Role with performance-based incentives
  • Commission-based Advisory Role for those who prefer entrepreneurial upside

As an Executive Wealth Consultant, you will guide and advise clients with their goals, optimise their finances effectively and secure long-term financial well-being. You will play a key role in expanding and nurturing client relationships and be supported by our robust advisory tools, proven systems and a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver tailored financial advice aligned to each client’s goals and life stage
  • Conduct structured needs analysis and develop comprehensive financial plans
  • Recommend appropriate strategies across protection, investment, and wealth planning
  • Build, manage, and deepen long term client relationships
  • Identify and develop new opportunities through networking and referrals
  • Stay updated on market trends, financial products, and regulatory developments
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver integrated advisory solutions
  • Uphold high standards of professionalism, compliance, and client servicing


What We Are Looking For

  • Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related fields is an advantage
  • Strong understanding of financial planning and wealth management concepts
  • Excellent communication, relationship building, and client engagement skills
  • Comfortable with sales planning, business development, and long term client servicing
  • Strong analytical skills for evaluating financial strategies and portfolios
  • Able to work independently while contributing to a team based environment
  • Relevant certifications such as CFP or CFA are preferred but not mandatory
  • Prior experience in financial advisory, wealth management, or related fields is an advantage
  • Candidates should possess the relevant CMFAS certifications, or be prepared to pass them within required timeframe
