Job Scope / Responsibilities

• Clean and analyze HR data (leave, attrition, headcount, etc.) across Malaysia, Singapore Dealership, Indonesia, and Oceania
• Prepare and present HR reports and dashboards for management decision-making
• Plan, propose, execute, and review employee engagement activities
• Conduct research and assessments for employee engagement and workplace improvement
• Identify training needs, coordinate training programs, and evaluate training providers
• Support HR system implementation and related project deliverables
• Assist with various HR ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed
