职位描述

任职资格

  1. Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in supply chain, logistics, sales administration, or export operations.
  2. Experience in both export shipment coordination and domestic logistics arrangement.
  3. Strong Excel and reporting skills.
  4. Experience using ERP systems such as SAP is an advantage.
  5. Able to converse in Mandarin will be added as advantages.
  6. Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  7. Able to work independently in a dynamic operational environment.

岗位职责

  1. Coordinate export shipments and domestic delivery arrangement.
  2. Support order processing, shipment planning, and customer fulfilment activities.
  3. Monitor inventory, order status, and operational workflow coordination.
  4. Prepare operational reports, trackers, and data analysis.
  5. Liaise closely with internal stakeholders and logistics providers.
  6. Support operational improvement and coordination initiatives.
