Position Overview:

ZWSOFT(SSE: 688083) is a reliable provider of all-in-one CAx (CAD/CAM/CAE) solutions including soft-

developed 2D CAD: ZWCAD and 3D CAD/CAM/CAE: ZW3D.

Since 1998, ZWSOFT has been providing its products to over 1,400,000 users in AEC and MFG industries

from more than 90 countries and regions.

To support our fast-growing business in the region, we are seeking CAD Technical Support

Engineer/Technical Sales Engineer to provide pre-sale, after-sale technical services to end-users and reseller

channels, vocational education in Malaysia.

Job Description 

Responsibility

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities across Malaysia and Singapore through calls, emails, and follow-ups
2. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
4. Conduct product presentations, technical demonstrations, and client meetings
5. Prepare proposals, quotations, and support contract negotiations
6. Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions
7. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs

Qualification

1. Bachelor’s Degree holder
2. Junior Level: Fresh graduates or candidates with a minimum of 3 years of working experience in the AEC or MFG industry
3. Prior exposure to sales activities (e.g., cold calling, client visits) is an added advantage
4. Familiarity with design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, SolidWorks, or other 3D modelling tools
5. Experience as a drafter or in conducting technical training will be an advantage
6. Proficiency in Mandarin and English is required; Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
7. Willing to travel within Malaysia and to Singapore as required
8. Possesses own transport
9. Candidates with strong performance may be considered for regional exposure (Singapore) in the future
